Eddy curren separator

During the material sorting process, the magnetic roller composed of strong magnetic materials will rotate at high speed, generating alternating magnetic fields. When metal materials pass through this magnetic field area, eddy currents are induced inside the metal. The eddy current itself also forms an alternating magnetic field, which is in the opposite direction to the magnetic field generated by the rotation of the magnetic roller. Based on the principle of same sex repulsion, metal materials will jump out along the conveying direction under the action of repulsive force, and then separate from non-metallic substances such as glass and plastic, achieving the goal of sorting.
