Start the entire process, and after washing with water, the raw materials are transported to the first flotation stage. At this stage, the diameter of the main drum used for flotation is 2.6 meters, and a heavy medium is added to it to create a 2.0 density environment in the chamber. Under this specific condition, substances such as aluminum with adhesive, sponge, and high magnesium material can be separated from the raw materials.
After completing the first stage flotation, the material immediately enters the second stage flotation step. Also equipped with a main engine bucket with a diameter of 2.6 meters, but the density of this level of warehouse is adjusted to 3.0. Taking advantage of this density difference, aluminum and copper zinc materials are separated.
After two stages of flotation, the product enters the final stage of classification and collection. Depending on the density, the products are classified into three compartments:
Low density warehouses are used to store magnesium alloys, as well as lightweight materials such as rubber, plastic, and wood;
The medium density warehouse is specifically designed to collect aluminum;
High density warehouses gather high-density mixed non-ferrous metals such as copper and zinc.
Efficient processing capacity: With an hourly processing capacity of 30 tons or more, it is sufficient to support large-scale industrial production and ensure the fast and efficient completion of the flotation process for raw materials.
Equipment occupation: The overall occupation area is about 1600 square meters, with reasonable space utilization and compact layout, which will not occupy too much site resources and achieve efficient flotation operations in limited space.
Low dielectric loss: The dielectric loss per ton of raw materials is controlled at about 3.5 kilograms, effectively reducing operating costs, reducing material consumption in the production process, and improving economic efficiency.
Adapted total power: The total power is about 400KW. Based on this power data, the adapted power supply system can be planned in advance to ensure the stable operation of the flotation system and avoid situations of insufficient or overloaded power.
Professional host bucket design: equipped with 2 host buckets, each with a diameter of 2.6 meters and a length of 3.4 meters. The spacious interior space creates an excellent environment for flotation, ensuring that materials are fully mixed and reacted in the buckets, and improving flotation separation efficiency.
